We are an in-network provider with the majority of dental PPO plans. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to verify your insurance and allow us to provide you with a copayment or deductible estimate.
The copayment or deductible estimate will be due at the time of treatment. Please be aware that we do our best to estimate your portion of the cost of treatment. We will then submit a complimentary insurance claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. The insurance company makes the final determination of payment. The patient is ultimately responsible for any outstanding balances.
If we do not accept your insurance, we will work with you as an out-of-network provider and submit a complimentarily claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. Any out-of-network benefits your insurance pays, will be paid directly to you.
