At Soft Touch Endodontics, we offer a variety of convenient payment options for our patients. We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express and HSA/FSA) or Care Credit. Care Credit is a third party financing company that offers 6 and 12 month interest free payment upon approval. You can apply online at www.carecredit.com or call (800) 365-8295. Care Credit can be used for patients with no insurance coverage or for patients that have an out-of-network insurance plan.
We do our best to estimate your portion of the cost of treatment (copayment or deductible). Please understand that these are estimates for your portion of the cost of treatment. This estimate amount will be due at the time of service. We will file a courtesy insurance claim on your behalf, and they typically respond within 4-6 weeks. Upon receipt of your insurance, any remaining balances (bill due) or overages (refund) will be processed and sent to you with an explanation from the insurance company.
